We understand how important it is to make sure you’re happy with your purchase, and we want to make the process as easy as possible if you need to exchange or report an issue.
JOULREE does not accept returns or refunds on orders once placed.
However, we offer exchanges under specific circumstances. These can only be redeemed on JOULREE’s website.
JOULREE accepts exchanges only if:
In such cases, please contact our customer support at joulreebyrashikatta@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery with your order number and a picture of the product. Requests made after 2 days will not be entertained.
We do not offer exchanges and do not provide refunds if the customer does not like the product(s).Under special circumstances, we may allow that but customers need to bear pickup and re-shipping charges of ₹250/- (PAN India).
Items on sale are not eligible for exchange. All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Exchange Policy – International
Refunds are applicable only in case of lost shipments.
For approved refunds, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
International orders are not eligible for exchange. Incase of damaged products or incorrect deliveries, the same must be raised within 2 days of delivery with a mandatory UNBOXING video to be eligible for a refund.
