We hope you love your JOULREE pieces as much as we do. All of our pieces are uniquely hand-crafted, and the product may vary slightly in terms of design or color. Product information such as product weight, materials are listed on our site for your convenience.

We DO NOT accept RETURN as our products go through quality control before shipping to maintain proper standards.

  • Exchange must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the orders via email at joulreebyrashikatta@gmail.com with the UNBOXING VIDEO (MANDATORY), Images and [#] Order No.
  • The product must be in its unused original condition, with original tags attached, and in the original packaging with a proof of purchase. Any signs of usage will result in the rejection for exchanges.​
  • Shipping charges for Exchange items will be borne by you at the time of dispatching from your end & vice versa.
  • After receiving & analysing the issue, our team will send you a confirmation mail or message with the approval for the return.
  • You won’t be able to exchange the product more than one time.

RETURN CAN BE DONE IN THE FOLLOWING CASES

  • Wrong item sent to you.
  • Item is defective and damaged.
  • Item was tampered with or damaged in transit.
  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition from what it was sent.
  • Products which have not notified for exchange within the time span of 2 days [from the day of receiving] given by us.
  • Minor Color & Design Variation.
  • No refund, exchange or return on discount/sale items.
  • All products sold from this website are guaranteed.
  • All our JOULREE pieces come with a 6 months guarantee on plating. In case your plating is tarnished within 6 months of use, please write to us at joulreebyrashikatta@gmail.com and will have your pieces re-plated without any additional cost.
  • To claim your guarantee, please retain your invoice copy as we will need the date of purchase for the validity.
  • If pieces are damaged or broken due to accidents while wearing or storing them, please write to us at joulreebyrashikatta@gmail.com for such repairs and we shall do our best to help you out. Any associated costs will be on a case to case basis & will be notified to you.
